FAMILY IN NEED - Mom and 4 Children

Mom has recently lost her husband to illness (42 years old) and two months later, lost her leg to diabetes
Mom is young and raising a one year old daughter (born prematurely)
Son: 13 years old
Son: 14 years old
Son: 17 years old
 
Family most in need of FOOD, FOOD, FOOD!  Any type of food appreciated but the basics would be great.
