Jessica Llamas is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (MSW, LCSW) and a graduate of Rutgers University School of Social Work. Jessica has extensive experience as both a Psychotherapist and a Licensed Clinical School Social Worker and her experience centers on concentrating with children and adolescent treatments ranging from inpatient to outpatient levels of care. Jessica utilizes a variety of modules from cognitive-behavioral therapies, expressive therapies and holistic-solution based therapies. She also holds a certificate in Supervision and Consulting and has been supervising master level clinicians since 1996. Jessica's areas of expertise include DSM Disorder Clients, Specializing in ADHD/ADD, Psychosis, Depression/Anxiety, Children of Addicts, Addiction, Family Issues, Crisis Intervention, Trauma, Loss & Bereavement and School Issues.
Jordan Brown is a Social Worker (MSW, LSW) and Women's Empowerment Coach as well as a graduate of Columbia University School of Social Work where she specialized in Maternal and Child Health. Jordan's experiences include working with battered women and their children and is skilled in facilitating women's empowerment groups. Jordan's individual and group work with men, women and adolescense encompasses a variety of issues people face everyday, including marriage, single life, parenting, divorce/separation, peer pressure, relationships and more. Jordan is the Director of our In-Home Parent Shadowing Program and works with families in crisis in their homes to ensure positive parenting and empowerment. Jordan is also the Coordinator of Clinical Services for Strenghthen Our Sisters. Jordan is currently a contributing columnist on Conscious Parenting for M.A.R.C.I. Nadine Jordan is a Counselor (MA, LAC) and a graduate of Montclair State University. Nadine has worked in the field of addiction and recovery and has experience working with adolescents in recovery and their families. Nadine is highly skilled in working in family dynamics and bringing out the potential in family members going through crisis. Nadine is currently near completion of her CADC (Certified Addiction and Drug Counselor) certificate.
Our treatment approach is to provide support and practical feedback to help clients resolve current problems and long-standing patterns. We incorporate a blend of conventional and alternatives approaches, drawing upon a variety of styles and techniques to incorporate what will be most helpful for each client. With sensitivity and compassion, we work with each client to help them build on their strengths to identify and achieve life goals. |
