Who We Are

Jessica Llamas is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (MSW, LCSW) and a graduate of Rutgers University School of Social Work.  Jessica has extensive experience as both a Psychotherapist and a Licensed Clinical School Social Worker and her experience centers on concentrating with children and adolescent treatments ranging from inpatient to outpatient levels of care.  Jessica utilizes a variety of modules from cognitive-behavioral therapies, expressive therapies and holistic-solution based therapies.  She also holds a certificate in Supervision and Consulting and has been supervising master level clinicians since 1996.  Jessica's areas of expertise include DSM Disorder Clients, Specializing in ADHD/ADD, Psychosis, Depression/Anxiety, Children of Addicts, Addiction, Family Issues, Crisis Intervention, Trauma, Loss & Bereavement, Substance Abuse and School Issues.


Jordan Brown is a Licensed Social Worker (MSW, LSW) and a graduate of Columbia University School of Social Work where she specialized in Maternal and Child Health.  Jordan's experiences include: intensive individual and group therapy with battered women and their children and is skilled in facilitating women's empowerment groups while addressing their unique biological, psychological and social issues.  Jordan's work with women and women's groups encompasses a variety of issues women face everyday, including marriage, single life, lesbian issues, mothering and divorce/separation.  Jordan's experiences with families and children include: counseling birth and adoptive families and facilitating groups for pre and post-adoption placement; working with adolescents in areas of socialization, ADHD, boundaries and self-esteem.  Jordan is our Director of our Parent Shadowing Program and works directly with parents in their homes to ensure positive parenting and empowerment. 

Nadine Jordan is a Licensed Counselor (MA, LPC) and a graduate of Montclair State University.  Nadine has worked in the field of addiction and recovery and has experience working with adolescents in recovery and their families.  Nadine is highly skilled in working in family dynamics and bringing out the potential in family members going through crisis.  Nadine is currently near completion of her CADC (Certified Addiction and Drug Counselor) certificate.

Christopher Ware is a Licensed Social Worker (MSW, LSW) and a graduate of Rutgers University School of Social Work where he specialized in children and families.  Christopher's experience includes working in public schools as a School Social Worker where he has worked in both early childhood and adolescent settings.  Another clinical concentraction of his is working with gay and lesbian individuals and couples.  He is also nearing completion of his CADC (Certifiied Addiction and Drug Counselor) and has extensive experience surrounding addiction and recovery issues of drug and alcohol addicted individuals.



Our treatment approach is to provide support and practical feedback to help clients resolve current problems and long-standing patterns. We incorporate a blend of conventional and alternatives approaches, drawing upon a variety of styles and techniques to incorporate what will be most helpful for each client. With sensitivity and compassion, we work with each client to help them build on their strengths to identify and achieve life goals.
